By David Cogswell - Apple Vacations unveiled 11 new charter flights to Mexico and the Caribbean from multiple U.S. gateways, increasing by 15 percent year-over-year the company’s volume of flights out of the U.S. for winter 2012-13. Apple will also expand operations into three new markets: Austin, Texas; Des Moines, Iowa; and Kansas City, Mo.
