Oh I'm so jealous! I love Alaska!
I don't know if you are male or female, but the basics are the same for either. Pack to layer....it will warm up a little as the day goes on.
You never know what the weather will be and it is so changeable. Expect some showers. We always take the cheap disposable ponchos.
2 or 3 long sleeved knit pullover shirts that you can add a sweater or windbreaker (or both!)
A few short sleeved shirts, long pants. Jeans are heavy to pack and they also get damp and uncomfortable, so I don't recommend jeans.
A windbreaker for sure. If you are going to be near the glaciers it will be cold and I always take gloves and a head covering.
Here's what the Hubbard Glacier looks like and what I'm wearing while on deck.
