How many of you were tuxedos?

If you do wear a Tuxedo, do you have more than one tuxedo shirt - like some of the ruffled ones that are coming back in style?

Depends on the cruise.....

Longer 10 night plus cruises tend to be more formal and yes I wear a tux and yes I have more than one tux shirt.

7 night Caribbean.............wear a dark suit........more than adequate.

To answer the first question... No, I never was a tuxedo
Second question... I have 3 tuxedo shirts... pleated front style... 2 have the bowtie collar, one has the long tie collar.

I have two shirts, and two ties, one bow that I tie myself, and one necktie cause I wanna be trendy.

I have two tuxedos, but I only take one.
I wear suspenders, but not a cummerbund or vest.

Can I answer for DH? ok, 2 only shirts, suspenders and cummerbund. And he's adorable in all.

DH out grew one tuxedo.

The second one literally wore out.

He has several tuxedo shirts. A couple of years ago I got him one of the ruffled ones - black and white. Years ago he used to have ruffled shirts in pink, blue, white.

He has lots of cummerbunds and bow ties - many to match my outfits.

I've done it twice, and both were rented on the ship. They give you two shirts. And two shoes.

MrPeteLI, were you satisfied with the rental service? I'm considering doing it for our next cruise. Was the fit ok, etc., etc., etc?

I wear a dark suit... I've thought of buying a tux, but never have....
