This may sound dumb, But we have only sailed personally in the Summer (July/Aug)
and we are going on our first Novemeber Cruise, and I am not sure about the weather, Do we just needs light weight jackets for evening, or what?
Thanks

The Caribbean is always warm, so lightweight jackets would be just fine for evenings on deck. Daytime wear is the usual shorts and bathing suits.
Where are you sailing from? It may be a little coolish (or not!) in your port city, but most likely, if it is a south Florida port, you will be having temps in the 70s and 80s.
Thank you Char,
That is what I figured, I had checked the weather in the ports during those months, just was not sure how it was on the water.
THANK you again

I agree with Char, the Caribbean doesn't seem to have a winter. Lt. jacket or sweater will be perfect, if you need it at all outside but you might use it inside allot![]()
My first Caribbean cruise was in November too, leaving from Miami. It was quite warm the whole time.

I agree with what has been already posted. The Caribbean gets slightly coolish on the water in January, Feb. when cold fronts come off Florida.

Hi Guys and Gals
This is what I thought about jackets and all. I also checked a local site on Roatan for the weather there. Seems ok...
