Maritime schools? I'm from Poland so I know two from my country:

I have been in Poland two times.
Is possible study in Poland with English? I search maritime schools where get study with English and where get womans too

Yes, I believe it's possible. I think, in order to get more info, you should either call these maritime schools or write them an e-mail.

My friend’s nephew parents paid for him to go on an 18 month sailing course in the IOW United Kingdom. Completed the course gaining qualifications. He ventured to Monte Carlo and eventually got a job on a luxury Yacht owned by a Russian. He has now moved to another boat, larger than the previous one, but the bottom line is the wages are three to four times the amount paid on a cruise ship.

The ship has a crew of 24, and he says when they are cruising the work is hard, but there is plenty of relaxation when they are not cruising.

Nearly forgot, you get paid holidays.
