    Haven't been to a private island yet but will be going to HMC next year. Sounds like a wonderful place to me.

    My answer is it depends on the weather. If it is windy and cool, a sea day if it is beautiful and you are not on a Mega ship or there are not two ships with you on the island. Then the island is perfect

    Sea day, definitely. Nothing better than sitting on the ship relaxing, not getting sticky with all the salt spray, and having plenty of time to get ready for a nice easy going formal dinner (ever notice how the formal nights are almost always on the sea days?)

    We can go to the beach anytime, so we will take the extra sea day.
