    Acutually, we are fairly close to your requirements! Way more than 15 on Princess and about 10 on NCL.

    Problem is ... NONE of our NCL cruises have been recent. Things change so not so sure my comparison is totally correct or would be no matter how many if none were fairly recent.

    Wow, that sounds awful! Especially compared to the service you get on either Princess or NCL.

    We occasionally run into someone that is giving less than "great" service, but on balance, we have always thought the service levels have been very, very good on both lines. I think we'll stick with the "majors" and not venture into the "minors"!
