    Seems a shame that you have loyal cruisers on a line (which is the point of these programs), and yet first timers are given one of the perks.

    I see from your picture you have been on Queen Victoria.

    I like both ships, but I think I will do more cruises on Queen Victoria as she is more suited to cruising.

    It is a shame.

    When HAL first came out with these new perks last fall -- originally the dining room on embarkation day was to be for repeat passengers -- now it is for everyone on most ships.
