Many people have been commenting that RCL is cutting some corners on their meals going with cheaper cuts of beef for example and having dishes that are not as good as they used to be. Would not know personally since I have only sailed Celebrity and HAL. Celebrity has kept up quality, HAL has not.

We have alot of cruises with RCCL and we always felt the food was good, but over the last few years, it just seems to me that the food on RCCL has decline in quality. It appears to me that they have cut back on staff, so they are purchasing more 'ready to eat' food than doing it themselves. While it's not bad, it's just not what it use to be. And this is just not my opinion, but I'm hearing the same thing from many loyal RCCL clients of mine. And it's just not RCCL - I'm hearing the same complaints about other cruise lines as well.

We've traveled on many Holland America cruises and we're scheduled to do a 12-night Baltic cruise on the HAL Eurodam on June 9th. We're really hoping that the quality that we've become accustomed to is the same, but we'll let you know. We've heard from several people they were disappointed and we're hoping that is not the case. More to come on this one later.
