    I have known of this cam since the day of the disaster, but today is the first time I have got a picture.

    We have a picture from the Isle Giglio this morning, but it looks as if the camera has stopped working about an hour before I viewed.

    An early morning shot as the ferry from the mainland arrives. It looks terribly sad seeing a stricken cruise ship stranded on a reef.

    Reports say the oil removal may start today.

    There is a ship next to Costa Concordia; maybe they have started transferring oil from the stricken ship.

    We seem to be getting one picture in the morning and one in the afternoon from the webcam in Giglio. The server has been overworked over the last week.

    Seem a lot of activity around Costa Concordia this morning. At least she is still on the reef and still visible.
