Taiwan Cam

Taiwan's Central Weather Bureau (CWB) website has a click-able map of 24 hour Taiwan Cams. These are best seen in IE.

The Keelung webcam shows the near 170 degree port view looking West, similar to what you see from your cruise ship top deck.

Location of the cam is on top of the Keelung Cultural Center, which is opposite the Passenger Terminal (East wharf #2). The camera is a bit jerky at times, but gives you some impression.

Note the big Keelung lettering on the dock and hill, the local versions of the famous Hollywood sign.
