Jerry and Barbara, I sailed with you on the NCL Pearl last February. I wanted to express how shaken I was to read your news. Please know that I'm praying for both of you.

On the CC Board, I'm Sandpebbles. When I joined this board, I decided to go with "Clara Bow," the original "IT Girl." She and my mother could have been twins in the 1920's.

Anyway, I couldn't hear your news and not let you know how much you both added to our cruise experience. May God bless.

Reports of our demise have been greatly exagerrated!!!

It's just been a rough and busy couple of months. I still plan on posting a few more comments about this cruise. I think it's good to honestly compare and contrast Princess and NCL. Both good lines. But different. I'll get to that in the next few days.

Hi, Sandpeebles and Dick and Sandy! Thanks for your good thoughts and prayers. We need all the Good Karma we can get right now! We still think back on our Pearl cruise with great fondness and Lord willing, we can all cruise again together some day. I've been emailing a little with Snorkelinbarb and she says you guys are headed out on another cruise......NO SURPRISE THERE!!!
