    Talking Crown Princess was AWESOME!

    Hey everyone!
I made it back safe and sound. This cruise was the best one I've ever taken!!! The Crown is absolutely beautiful! The food was great, the entertainment was even better and the destinations were wonderful! As I sit here, I still feel a slight vibration as though I'm still on board.

First night we had some 15-20 ft swells that made everyone a little woozy, but we recovered nicely by morning and all was right with the world. This trip was especially memorable for me because my grown twins were with me and turned 20 the first day of the cruise. My son got pulled up on stage many times by various performers, and my daughter was called up on stage to be hypnotized and to sing, so just watching them have so much fun made my trip. We also won the ships navigational chart(signed by the captain and everyone on the bridge) in the art auction and along with that, we won a trip to tour the bridge and get our picture taken with the captain. What a cool souvenier, huh? We also were on board with a featured artist Victor Shvaiko who painted while on board and had art available at the auction. We purchased some of his work and had our picture taken with him by the art pieces. Another once in a lifetime thing!

This will be a cruise that will not easily be reproduced in the future, so I carry with me lots of beautiful memories and some really great pictures as well. I didn't want to disembark...but they made me!
    Cheers everyone.
To all those sailing soon...I bid you Bon Voyage and may your journey be as wonderful and memorable as mine was.

Nice to know you had a great and memorable time. We'll be aboard the Crown next month for Thanksgiving out of San Juan, P.R. Looking forward to our trip.
The 15-20 ft swells we can't do anything about, it's just like turbulence when flying an aircraft, that's nature at work. As a matter of fact, I like to feel the riding of the swells on those big vessels more so than when I'm flying.

I can remember on my last cruise with my kids, sitting while they played ping pong waiting for that last minute on board! I hated to get off. It sounds like you had a wonderful trip and one that won't easily be forgotten!

You are right, this ship is awesome. I'm aboard right now, and what a great ship. Christmas decorations are up in the Atrium and each deck is now being decorated.

OH it sounds like you had a blast!!! My husband would love that tour, you say you won it? Was it the same prize with the charts, or a different one?
