I should know after we get back from our Hawaii cruise the middle of October. Of course, there's the Florida Lottery that is up to $52 million for tonight's drawing We have been using the same numbers (I know those haven't won yet) to buy 1 ticket for each drawing....someone wins, it might as well be us. Do you know that some folks buy huge amounts of tickets when the prize is so high? $2 a week is all we're willing to gamble with!

Ken - Thanks for the info and photos. Now that is an interesting p;ier!! There must be quite a drop off in the water....the ships are so close to shallow waters! I do remember thinking that Grand Turks would one day be a really nice port. It was "in the rough" when we were there and HAL was the only cruise line with the island on the itinerary.

Grand Turk is known for its amazing reefs an diving..closer to shore the water is turquoise...but not too far off shore, the color changes to a deep dark blue...this is where there is a huge drop off (reminds me of Nemo)...700 feet or so...don't remember the exact depth.

These reefs are supposed to be amazing!
