In May of 2004 we visited Mr. Sanchos and had a good time. It seems like it was about a 10-15 minute drive and the taxi was about $14 one way. No charge to enter, but we paid for beach chairs with foam mats (that we also used for swimming). Beautiful sand beach and great service. When we returned to Cozumel this year we went to Nachi Cocom and enjoyed that also. I just hope everyone in that area gets through this latest storm safely, and property damage is limited.

Bumping this one up, has anyone done the Mr. Sanchos beach horseback riding tour?

I think I found some helpful resources in regards to Mr Sanchos, the site Cozumel All Inclusive Beach Club and Beach Break Crusie Excursion, they seem to offer a new all inclusive deal and mention the horseback as a possible package combo...looks like a good deal...

(From the above-cited site)

We were at Mr. Sanchos in Sept. I didn't notice the all-inclusive deal, but it wouldn't have interested me anyway as DH and I are not heavy drinkers.
The taxi ride was $14, each way, from the pier, for up to 4 people. There was no admission charge to get into the facility. They have great tables and chairs under big grass umbrellas (great shade). The drinks were reasonable, the beach and swimming were great, restrooms were clean, nice fresh water pool and outdoor showers for rinsing off.

Is there an admission fee to Mr. Sancho's beach?

If I don't know the answer I'm fairly certain I can find it.
A bad day at sea is better than a good day at work.
Mr Sanchos is awesome, a lot bigger than Paradise beach which seems really crowded and extra charge for everything. We went on the all inclusive booked through Cozumel water sports (was a better deal than contacting Sanchos directly!) and this was by far the nicest beach ever! Swimming pool, excellent food, friendly waiters, free water trampoline, etc...the best
