Visited Mr Sanchos in April 09. Did the Tequila Seminar with lunch. It was fantastic. One of the best places to go and drink, learn, have fun and eat. Wonderful staff, beach and grounds. This seminar was featured on the Travel and Food Network. It was the best. You will learn which is the RIGHT tequila for a margarita and more. Did you know there was dessert tequila? I did not. Wonderful. Well worth the $16 cab ride from the dock. We shared a cab back with another couple so much better. Have fun and enjoy.

There is a beach break without open bar with snorkel and kayaks...seems like a decent deal definitely!

Seems I am only doing warnings these days....

Do not book an all inclusive for Mr. Sanchos with Tour Cozumel.

The owners name is Carrie and lots of folks are reporting that Carrie is collecting the money and not paying Mr. Sanchos. So folks are getting there with their reservations in hand for an all inclusive and are being told no.

To be CLEAR...Mr. Sanchos is not doing anything wrong. He can't honor an all inclusive that has not been paid for.

There were reports of problems before the Swine Flu hit. But it really came to a climax when people's ports got changed and Carrie won't answer emails about refunds.

Again..Mr. Sanchos is fine. They are not doing anything wrong....

I have been trying to make reservations for Mr Sanchos beach break and have been unsuccessful. The site requests your Phone # and email and then tells you they will contact you to arrange payment. THis has been a wk ago-- any suggestions?

What web site were you using? Mr. Sancho's direct or a tour company?

We wrote Mr Sanchos for the tequila tour (by the way the dessert tequila is a cream tequila they served in a frozen chocolate glass ...I had to drink two of them LOL) and the all inclusive deal. The manager Oliver Munoz was quick in referring us to Quinn from cozumel-watersports.com where we were able to book all kinds of beach packages that matched greatly...we are 6 in our family and everyone was able to do what they wanted and we were able to enjoy a cold drink with the rest being busy LOL...great offers they have and really professional service. Try Nachi Cocum

It's an all-inclusive and fairly private beach. Great food, drinks, massages,
ect., ect. for $49.00 ---google it up . You won't be disapointed1

We just returned from a cruise and went to mr. sanchos. It is WONDERFUL - beach is beautiful - it is not crowded (at lesat not when we were there over memorial day week) - restrooms are clean - staff is personable -- . It costs 16 dollars to take a taxi from the port to the beach (one way per taxi) - Chairs are free - umbrellas are ten dollars. Other water sports are available for a fee or you can purchse a package that includes food drinks and water sports. There is an open air market on the way in - be prepared to refuse politely OR to bargain for the merchandise (prices are very reasonable!) -- The person offering the package deal for Mr Sanchos greets you as soon as you exit the taxi so be prepared to make a decision. If we were drinkers and adventurers - the package would have been more reasonable -- we are neither so we spent ten dollars for the umbrella and ten dollars for four bottled waters. Great place!!! I highly recommend it!
