    Paradise Beach

Just wanted to let everyone know that we went to Paradise Beach while in Cozumel and had a fabulous time! You can either pay $10.00 if you want to play on the "water toys", (a couple of water slides, water trampoline, kayak, snorkeling, etc....) Or if you don't want to do that you can use the beach chairs and umbrella's for free, with the understanding that you'll be ordering food and drinks. The food was really good, especially the guacamole and the shrimp quesidillas! They also offer parasailing ($55.00 per person) a ride on a banana boat ($15.00 per person) or you can rent waverunners. (Don't remember the cost, sorry) My son went parasailing and he had a ball. After that, we hit Carlos and Charlies which is a whole other story in itself!! Make sure to get a pina colada if you go there! (Or two)

We go to Paradise Beach as many as 5 times a year and have yet to hit it when it was crowded.

During high season, when there are double digit ships in....it can get crowded...but if there are only 6 ships in port....crowds will not be an issue.

Just wanted to let you know that we were there in February and they have added some water toys for the "younger set". (either physically or mentally LOL) There is a water trampoline for kids and a water slide that has an easy inflated climb up ladder.

They have even more stuff on order!! woo hoo!!

All that for $10 a day....and even that is OPTIONAL. The boys get the wristbands...hubby and I do not (we are shade people)!!
