I like it a lot, because there's lots to see there - both on the land and under the sea.
A very enjoyable port!

We were there 3 weeks after Wilma hit. The trees were all chopped off at the top. The beaches were missing a bunch of sand. My mal de debarque was already kicking in and my seasick patch was messing with my vision, so I couldn't see straight and the ground was moving under me. A storm blew in and it rained buckets. The awning on the patio at Pancho's Backyard leaks terribly. Cozumel is awesome! I love it. It's my favorite port. I can't wait to go back.

I love Cozumel as a cruise port because you can do so many things. Sometimes we just shop and have drinks at Senior Frogs. Other times we snorkel or just have a beach day. The best part is that if you cruise a lot you know you will be back... We had one of our favorite land vacations in Cozumel and when you get to see more than just the tourist spots you love it even more.

We get to go back in December! I am eally looking forward to it... and, IF I can convince myself to loosen my grip on my dollars a little, I may do the dolphin swim this time!

We are going to go parasailing through Carnival in November.(Just in case there are any weather issues) It's only an hour gig, so after that, we'll just do whatever! DH is not much of a "bar" man, so well grab a cab to the beach and play in the water!!

Have done the dolphin swim and encounter at Chakannaub Park and absolutely LOVED it!

So far the Poll shows MOST are fond of Cozumel and no one has made a totally negative comment.

Some ... but ... not too many of the other Polls (on Port Stops here on CLF) have this positive of a rating.

Do you think it's because Cozumel does offer something for everyone?

Ditto! December for us. It was stormy weather last time. Couldn't do anything except watch the ground sway and go shopping. DH is planning to go parasailing on one of the beaches. We bought our do-rags this week so hopefully we won't pick up any little critters that are left behind in the hemets.
