Talking Our FUN Day In Cozumel (1 of 2)

FUN DAY In COZUMEL!

We were with our long time Best Friends who live in another state so we don't see each other as much as we wish and just wanted to have a FUN day in town.

Our ship docked at the International Pier. It was a mess getting a taxi ... no orderly lines!

We hopped into a mini van taxi with two other couples who were on their way to "No Name Bar". They told us it was their favorite for a beach day in Cozumel and always went there and so did many of the crew. When the crew goes, it normally a good sign.

It was our first stop. Since we were the only ones left in the taxi and I wanted to see it, my DH ask our taxi driver with a hand$hake if he would wait while I went in and quickly looked around.

.... so here is your "quickie" $5 - 5 minute tour of "No Name Bar" Decent beach and nice bar area. No cover to enter -- just need to order drinks and/or food. Honestly, think if we wanted an easy day at the beach close to the pier, we'd go there!

NEXT ... Pancho's Backyard for lunch. Good Choice ... so glad we went there! Please see our report:

Then on to Senor Frog's! My friend (remember, she'd had that HUGE margaritta at Pancho's) decided she absolutely had to buy her granddaughter one of their T-Shirts -- "Kiss a Frog ... Get a Prince" (or something like that I'd also had a margaritta). We bought the shirt ... finished our drinks ... and moved on ....

Carlos 'N Charlies -- Probably the Party Bar by which all other Party Bars are judged!

It's everything those who dislike party bars will totally HATE ... and, those who enjoy party bars will LOVE!

In the middle of the afternoon things were going FULL SPEED!

Sometimes, it's great to do things JUST FOR THE TOTAL FUN OF IT!

No, it's not within crawling distance!

While Carlos 'N Charlies is on the "main drag", you need a taxi -- $6.00 (plus tip) for up to 4 people! There were lots of taxis waiting outside so that was no problem!

I forgot which ship you were on that you docked at International?

We love Carlos & Charlies at the end of the day because it is within crawling distance of the downtown pier where NCL docks.

We had actually planned for this to be our last stop for "just one last one" ... but we kept having "another one" at Carlos 'n Charlies ...

Hope to make it there on Another Ship / Another Trip!
