    Cozumel tender time

Who has been to Cozumel's port recently? How long does it take to get back to the ship if you're tendered out?

I have clients on Carnival Conquest who are wanting to scuba dive. The excursion is about a 5-10 minute taxi ride from the pier. I'm wanting to make sure there's enough time to get back to the ship with only a 30 minute window from the end of the dive to the ship leaving. Sure don't want him getting stuck in Cozumel.

Not too long but all ships ask you to be back on board 30 minutes before the ship leaves!!
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me! I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

    Thumbs up 10 days ago

The Rhapsody, Conquest and 1 other ship were all
docked. The Rhapsody was at the International pier
and the others were at the downtown pier.

If they are tendering the last tender usually leaves for the ship 30 minutes to an hour before the ship is scheduled to leave (I know on some Carnival ships it is an hour, but on others it is only 30 minutes). If they are docked (and the Conquest got to dock this past week), then they have to be onboard the ship no later than 30 minutes before the time to leave. The ship will not wait for them.

A 30 minute window between the end of the dive and the ship leaving is not enough time. Even without the 5 to 10 minute taxi ride, they will miss the ship.
