Feedback on Atlantis Adventures in Cozumel?

I'm looking to book a submarine excursion in Cozumel. Has anyone used Atlantis Adventures to book this vs. the cruiseline? Or any other private companies I should look to for a submarine adventure? Thanks for any input....

The Wife and I did the atlantis sub. but it was thru the cruise line, great tour one of my favorites Ive been on!!! I prefer booking thru the cruise line, just in case of any problems. So far... we only had one major one, our excursion to a mayan temple ran late we were at least a half an hour late returning to the boat. But because it was thru the cruise line they had to wait for us

We did the Atlantis Submarine excursion in Cozumel and absolutely loved it. It's well worth the money. At the time the ships were docking at the International Pier and the office for the Atlantis was just a short walk away. We were lucky enough to find that they did not have a full tour so we got an exceptional deal. Now that the ships tender at the downtown port due to the hurricane Wilma damage, I would recommend booking through the ship. We're done excursions both ways (book through ship and on our own) and I believe you are more likely to have a worry free excursion when you book through the ship.

You'll enjoy the Atlantis Sub excursion. It's something out of the ordinary from our daily lives and gives you another dimension of the beautiful waters and marine life we can't see at home. I don't remember the cost of it, but we did book it thru the cruise ship. It was roomy and good access to portals for taking underwater photos.
