    Question Shore Excursions

Does anyone have any tips regarding how to keep money dry when on a snorkeling/beach excursion? We are going to Cozumel and have booked a shore excursion to Playa Sol (aka Playa Mia) beach. Do they have lockers?
    Thanks!!

You can do an internet search for water wallet and you will find numerious items to keep your stuff dry. We used a small plastic one that fit a couple of credit cards and some money. I can not find the place I got them, I will post again when I do.

Some places have lockers, but most do not, not sure about where you will be. Usually you can strike up a conversation with someone else on your ship to take turns watching each others stuff.

If you don't want to purchase a water wallet another idea is to use a zip lock bag. Those work just as well to keep the water out. Also place the water wallet or zip lock bag into a pocket preferrably that has a zipper or a button to keep this stuff from falling or floating out of your pocket.

You can also go to any sporting goods store and purchase a waterproof case for snorkeling/SCUBA diving....I have to get one for my car keys when I dive, so I know they exist!

Same here! Actually, like using zip lock bags better than water wallets. The "snack size" is a perfect fit for bills!
