Any tips on sailing on the Costa Mediterranea - best food? or what to see on the Eastern Caribbean? - can u take a bit of alchool on the ship when u board? thanks.

I have not been on the Mediterranea so I can't dish out any tips, but as far as the alcohol goes, the answer is no. If you want to chance sneaking some in, you can take your chances.

Btw, if you have previously sailed on any of Carnival's Spirit Class ships, the Carnival Spirit, Pride, Legend & Miracle, the Costa Mediterranea & Atlantica are exactly the same.
