just wanted to post about our cruise. We loved this beach break so much I wanted to post about it.


We drank amazing margaritas all day long, ate INCREDIBLE fish, chicken and shrimp tacos made with the owners special sauces and swam in warm caribbean water!. OMG AMAZING!!! I had a $30 massage right on the beach, Tracey my massues was great and you can not beat the price. $40 for adults for all day long and only $20 for kids.

The owner was the sweetest guy, we had tequila shots with him at one point

To say with loved this place was an understatement. I think I'll skip the cruise next time and just got hang out at this beach club for a week

What were the arrangements to get you from the ship to this lovely place?

Would like to know the same thing as LuLu asked? Also, how long is the excursion? I can't find anywhere on the website where it tells... Wondering if this means you can go as soon as you get there and leave when you want to? We're going to be in Costa Maya in December so very interested in anything else you can share! Thanks!!

It sounds like you make your own way to the beach whenever you are ready.....and stay as long as you want.

Thanks Char! Where did you find that? I've clicked on the link she gave a couple of times and can't find that info anywhere (except about the open bar time).

This looks like the same beach club we went to on our cruise and we had a great day. We took a taxi from the ship which was easy, taxis are lined up waiting. We paid around $5. The beach was eactly what we were looking for, lounge chairs, waitresses and great food and drinks. I love mexican beer and i love mexican food. Definitely try the civiche and the tacos. i asked for a mixed plate for the tacos and they were happy to give me what i wanted. The tacos tasted great with the beer! My wife had a massage on the beach, i forget the price, but it was cheap. i think she paid around $30 with tip, but dont quote me. There are other beaches you can go to here, but from comparins stories, this really is the hot spot. some people we met on our cruise hadn't booked anything in advance and went with someone they met when they got off of the ship. They said the beach club was dead and not very nice. The food was not good and they didn't have a fun day. This is a very small port and i don't think there are too many place to choose from, but from my experience, this place was fabulous. I think this is the same place but we used Costa Maya, Mexico Shore Tours and Shore Excursions for Costa Maya & Mahahual Visitors

Yaya Beach it's a great place too! It's not crowded, they have a really nice bar, restaurant, lounge bed on the beach and a dive center, so I could dive while my girlfriend stayed at the beach club. The staff was very nice and polite.
