    Good information, thanks Ken !

Costa is really becoming a bigger and bigger line now and I hope it continues to grow way into the future.

This might be going a bit off topic but as I am sure you all know Costa and Carnival are sister companies and there ships have almost the same designs ect ect... With the launch of Carnival Dream in September of this year, do you think Costa will build there own version of this vessel after there last vessel currently on order in 2012 ?

I have attach an image of the Carnival Dream and one I changed to what the Costa version may look like.

5 New ships, Costa is doing well in this economy
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me! I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

I am surprised by such a large commitment at this time.

I would think they would be cutting back, not expanding.

I'm sure they know what they're doing, so I guess that bodes well for the future of the cruise industry.

    Thanks Harry.

Carnival is not ordering any more new builds for their lines after those that are on order have been delivered, unless there is a change in the economy and the dollar is more favorable to the Euro. That's the reason for refurbishing the Fantasy Class ships, instead of replacing them, so, no, I don't think they will build a Dream Class vessel for Costa any time soon.
