Aboard the Costa Serena–I've always been a fan of cooking that doesn't require much effort.

While I can appreciate the intricacies of a just-so soufflé or a perfectly plated dessert, you won't find any such delicacies in my home. If it can be popped in the microwave, pulled out of a box or warmed in a toaster oven, it's more likely to be welcome at our place.
