Here are the enticing details from the story:

During this "Diamond Anniversary" celebration, a diamond necklace winner will be selected each week from both the Costa Fortuna and Costa Mediterranea between November 2007 and April 2008. Each necklace was created by Diamonds International exclusively for Costa and features six diamonds set in white gold that cascade in graduating circles and total a half carat in size. Necklaces are valued at $1,000. Winners will be selected randomly by cabin number and must be present at the "Roman Bacchanal" party to win.

Wonder if that means you also have to be dressed in a toga, too, to qualify?

Wouldn't hurt! And I hear the bed linens are upgraded so the sheets would be comfortable
