All Guests who sail are requested to visit the Costa Club corner onboard the ship and pick up an application for enrollment. A Past Guest program will be in place by the summer of 2007. Be sure to return your application prior to disembarkation or by mailing it to Costa Club, 200 South Park Road, Suite 200, Hollywood, Florida, 33021.
