    Cool

    Good Question!

We enjoyed our Costa Cruises! The reason we haven't booked in quite a while:

    - Can't find a 10+ day out of Florida ....

    - Costa seems to be LATE getting their schedue out!

I really just don't know too much about the cruise line. I usually stick with what I know. I may try it someday though.

I have heard that the service in not at the level to which we are accustomed. Perhaps this is not really the case?

Generally, I hear bad reviews on the food. I know it wasn't that great on our one Costa cruise.:thumbsdow

I don't think they are all that well marketed. They market ALOT in Europe...
jemingway...I agree, I had high expectations for food aboard and Italian cruise line. Although it was good, it wasn't great.

The Costa 2007 itineraries started to be released back in March, they were one of the first to do so for 2007. Their list can be found here...

Yes, I think it may be a case of unrealistic expectations more than poor food. I would like to try Costa again, but the food issue seems to be a problem with my wife.

I understand totally about the food. It was my first cruise...an Italian line...I definately think my expectations may have been too high. The food was good...I certainly didn't starve...and I did have a great time....I was definately hooked on cruising!!

They do offer some great deals too.
