I recently emailed Costa, and didn't get a response in time to book the cruise in which I was interested... Apparently, email answers from them can sometimes take a LONG time, nearly a month in this case.

HOWEVER - there is a solution! Here is an excerpt from the email response I finally received, giving a phone number for their Internet Help Desk:

We would like to apologize for the delay in our response, we are experiencing a high volume of emails . . . in the future if you encounter problems on the internet please contact our Internet Helpdesk at 1-800-247-7320 (M-F; 9-6pm est).
