    Well, after being on a Louis' Emerald, and without knowing the whole story, I'lll blame the ship personnel!

    They lost my friend's passport, TWICE! The first time we asked them to produce it and they "flashed" us someone else's! My friend has blonde hair and the passport picture had red The second time they lost it was at disembarkation, WE had to look through hundreds of passports trying to find it!

    That is almost criminal. Would they just leave $100 dollar bills lying around? A passport is more valuable than that, it is a person's life!

    I can't believe anyone would get on the wrong ship and take hours for the penny to drop.
