Hi to all! I am going on the Coral Princess cruise tour next August. 14 days- fly to Anchorage-on to Denali for 2 days- then Fairbanks--Coldfoot--Prudhoe Bay (Deadhorse), fly back to Anchorage and the the southbound cruise--has anyone been on this tour?

You will LOVE Alaska! We have cruised there 5 times, but not on Princess.

First off - Welcome! Pull up a chair and stay a while!

Second - I didn't do that cruise tour in Alaska. I did one of the Heart of Alaska ones. BUT I did spend 2 days in Fairbanks, a Day in Denali and a few hours in Anchorage. If you have any specific qustions about those stops let me know! I'd love to help you out. That Cruisetour and cruise was by far the best Cruise I've ever done.

Boy, are you in for a surprise when you get to Coldfoot!! It's home of the northern-most truck stop in the world. Let's put it this way, it'll be memorable.

You're going to enjoy going on an Alaskan cruise on Princess. I'm guessing you'll do some glacier cruising...and when you do, everyone, but everyone onboard will either be on deck or on their balcony when you do. There will be a naturalist onboard to narrate what you'll be seeing.

We were on the roundtrip out of Seattle on the Sapphire so we didn't go on any cruisetours.
