Congratulations on your new booking, Lars!![]()
Thank you
Booked the Oslo - Barcelona flight yesterday also. The price was unbelivable so I just had to do it.
I still have a few months to book the Ålesund - Oslo and Barcelona - Oslo - Ålesund flights.
The flight to Barcelona leaves at 630am October 29 and arrives at 1030am - Perfect as we get a full day in the cityBut with such an early flight from Oslo we need to travel from Ålesund in the evening October 28 and spend a night at a hotel.
No big deal at all
I have already booked the Radisson Blu airport hotel for that night![]()

you gotta love Celebrity8 months out and I can book excursions, beverage packages, speciality restaurant on line already. For our cruise on the Vision of the seas only the excursions are available for on line booking and the Vision cruise is 2 months away
Ocean Liner speciality restaurant booked
Waiting for The Tuscan grill to open for booking but I presume I have to wait until the restaurant actually gets installed on the ship to book![]()

It NEVER to early to start planning stuff for cruises soooooooo........
We are thinking about doing this private tour to the Royal Palace at Caserta and Mt. Vesuvious.
The private tour is with Sorrento Top Car which we have used a few times before and he is excellent
"For the Tour you ask me for I would propose you the
following:
Pick up at 08.00am at naples Port.
Drive to caserta and have free time to visit the Royal
Palace.
Then drive to the Mt Vesuvious. On the way possible stop for
lunch at a nice restaurant. We woudl drive up to 1000meters
and then you could continue on feed up to the Cratere/free
time to visit it)
We would turn back to Naples Port at about 05.00pm.
The cost would be as follows:
300.00euro for 2people
350.00euro for 4people
400.00euro for 6people and
500.00euro for 8people
Entrances,Lunch,Tips and similar not includet."
If someone is interested let me knowI will do this tour if we get 6-8 persons.
If not I will skip the Mt. V and take the train to Caserta instead.
If you have 5 sail credits with RCCL You would get matching benefits with Celebrity. Make sure that you get a Captains Club number to receive your benefits. You would certainly qualify after your Vision cruise and can update then.

Reggie, thank you for the heads up. I already have gotten my Captains Club number and when we sail the Constellation we will be Elite...........Needless to say I cant wait to get all the goodies Celebrity has for their Elite members

You will love Celebrity and the benefits are much better than a year ago. It's strange how RCCL is cutting benefits and Celebrity is increasing them.
The Connie is Celebrities newest Millie class ship and although I haven't sailed on her, I have been on Summit and Infinity and would sail again in a heartbeat.

I am really looking forward to this cruise as everyone is talking so highly about the Connie.
It will also help that she will be the first ship of the M class ship to get the Solstice upgrades.
