The day we stopped at CocoCay on our last Sovereign cruise, the Majesty of the Seas also went there.
A second tender area was created (near the water park) so that each ship would have its own landing and departure zone.
Cruisers from each ship were required to wear wrist bands - Blue for Sovereign passengers, Orange for Majesty's.
The Captain asked me how well I thought it had worked out. I told him I didn't have a problem with it. I went immediately to the area near Coconut Willies, which wasn't crowded at all. I also think the separate tender areas are essential, but neglected to tell him thpse two items. Wish I had thought of it when he asked.

Had to respond because Coconut Willies and that general beach area was wonderful!
Have only been to CoCoCay on a Celebrity ship -- Zenith 14 day cruise -- (as a part of RCI, Celebrity is sometimes scheduled there as well) AND loved CoCoCay! Seemed there would be lots of room there for the passengers from two cruise ships.
Hope to have the opportunity to go back! Absolutely beautiful place!
We ate going to Coco Cay for the first time next month. I am really looking forward to it.
