Shelia do they charge for the beach chairs?? And I assume they have bars set up all over the place don't they??

Jim, I can step in and answer for you....no, there is no charge for the chairs and the staff is all too happy to help you move them wherever you want! Yes, there are bars...but I think only 2 unless they changed that...

My kids had a blast at the water park area...actually dh did too...watching him climb the big "iceberg thing" was funny! The water park was neat as they had a giant teeter totter thing. They also had a "log" roll thing...the kids were all having a blast.

The water was warm, clear and clean...and the Coco Loco's yummm!

We have only been once...but it was quite nice! The food was plentiful of course and traditional barbeque style. Chicken, dogs, burgers, corn on the cob, salad, rolls, sweets, etc...

Let us know your thoughts on it Jim.. We were suppose to stop there, but due to deteriorating weather conditions at the island, the Capt. opted to go for San Jaun P.R. instead.. We live a few minutes from the beach so we weren't upset, but a lot of in-land people were...

Sue,

Why is that?

They built the Caribbean Princess just for Caribbean cruises. I don't like it, Many do, but it isn't what I enjoy on a cruise!! They are building two more just like her, and Next October it just has that ship in Lauderdale for a 7 day cruise. The NEW Emerald is coming in 06, and I bet that will be the second ship there. A repeat of the Caribbean. Soo we are looking at RC again.
