I didn't know PDA, so it Fooled Me (Is FM acceptable as an abbreiviation?).

Thank God for Google's IM abbreviations list. I remember years ago wondering what DH, DW were.

At 58 I am COMPLETELY out of touch with the whole abbreviation thing. While looking up PDA I noticed:

PRT: Please Re-Tweet (I don't even know how to Tweet!)

P911: Parents Coming Into Room

And spelling, as mentioned above? Two different stores around Thanksgiving I saw Pumpkin Pie advertised as Pumkin Pie, and I'm sure that will be totally acceptable within a few years.
