I made three different kinds of candy over the weekend between parties, shopping, wrapping, crafting and holiday movie watching!

Tonight starts the cookie baking extravaganza at the Love Shack. I hate the fact that I am at work today just worrying about all the stuff I should be at home doing. But - it is wonderful when I get home to a clean house already to be messed up again because the DD and DS are working like little beavers as I type this getting everything polished up for the holidays.

Christmas Eve is a Love Shack tradition - first church service and then a seafood feast. I am thinking maybe surf and turf this year - steaks and lobster tails....mmmm.... melted butter with lemon and garlic......tender steaks.....loaded baked potatoes..... - ok yep - that's the menu - thanks for helping me work that one out ya'll!

I figure that what doesn't kill me will keep me young right? Anyways - I'm off now tonight to a quick shop stop on the way home, cook dinner, wrap presents and start the bakeapalooza in the Love Shack. Everyone is coming over right?

Have a great fun filled evening everyone. We are expecting some freezing precip sometime tonight so we are all doing the ice dance at work in hopes that we can just stay home tomorrow! Good evening everyone ..... I am finally done shopping and if I ave not gotten it it is not needed. I also finally found and outfit and some warm clothes for my trip this weekend.

Happy Holidays to all those who are leaving soon. I will be here until Friday Friday and then off I go but not before Christmas Eve dinner at my house, Christmas Brunch at a friends, Christmas dinner at my parents and dessert back at my house with my husband's mother!

Hi Cathy! I see you down there! I am happy to see that I am not the only one in the GREEN sandbox. (I guess you can't see the Grinch hiding in the GREEN sand!)

I am not going anywhere for Christmas! I was told to take off the day before Xmas but I won't. My assistant is off this week and there are some things that must be done. No, I am not a workaholic, just someone has to cover the office. I work Friday because $$ Bingo has to be covered with enough cash for the change banks. I hope I don't need to work Friday night during Bingo. I would like to have some quality time at home with my DW. (brownie points!)

79 days and I cruise!! Then Sept. for another back-2-back and of course, November 8 when I finally meet the author of this thread, Lorrie. AND I will meet Cathy, Annette and Sue & PPM (still afraid of her!).
