    Hello Runners. Happy Saturday.

My nail lady moved from an all nails salon to a mostly hair with only 2 nail tables. The shop is new. At one point today I was the only customer in there and I had 4 people fawning over me. Lots of fun but one of the hair ladies kept pushing for me to let her do highlights...

I'm going to see Spring Awakening. It is one of my friend's favorite shows. We will see. Only 3 working days left in November.

Hi Runners! Have a busy day tommorrow with a big program at the Shrine in the afternoon for one of the Ladies unit I am in. Then a banquet to follow with the dance unit performing at the banquet. Everyone else in the dance unit knows this dance very well as they learned it back at the end of Feb and the month of Mar. I didn't participate during that time period. So now the reherasals have only been to get me to learn the steps and I am so nervous that I am going to screw it all up.
I also only have 3 more work days this month. And I am leaving early Monday for a doctor's appointment. Then on Wednesday, we usually get out by at least 2:00.
Robert and Bethany spend Thanksgiving with one family and Christmas with the other family and alternate years. This year is our year for Christmas so for Thanksgiving Schertzie and I are going to our club for dinner. Will miss all the leftovers but are still going to make some pumpkin pies. The rest of the weekend will be spent decorating the house for Christmas.
Hopefully everyone is starting to feel better. Patti - so hope they find out who left those awful notes in your daughter's locker.
If we lived near a port, we would be going more often and taking advantage of last minute deals and short cruises. Thinking of this advantage is turning me green again.

Maggie, it sounds like you're going through what my daughter is with learning a dance. On December 3 is the first performance for the play she's in and there's a dance at the beginning and at the end. The girl just has a few lines in one scene so she only had to learn the blocking for that. The dances are more problematic as there's a whole choreography. She had taken a few ballet classes for small kids at a community college between age 4 and 7, but she's as coordinated as I am -- NOT. And it didn't help that she was out of school for several days. She missed last Saturday's rehearsal so I would have taken her to one today, but the teacher said there wasn't one. One girl stayed a few minutes after school Friday to give her some personal instruction. Maybe as the performances near, more kids will help her instead of complaining. (one girl who's in the same scene claimed that she had come to school with the flu and didn't miss any days...I told the girl that if that's true, she probably was spreading the virus).

I did try to figure out the dance steps on Thursday and Friday while watching the kids rehearse. We've got the music for one of the songs, I think (The Monster Mash) and can find Thriller on You Tube (I have the cassette somewhere from years ago but I probably will find it after December).

Hopefully one of the other women will offer to help break down the dance for you.

Ruth, I would love that kind of pampering, but maybe not every time. And tell the hair girls to go find some clients.

Thanks Janice. So far the meds seem to be working, the pain is less each day. Amazing you can have a sinus infection and not even know it because you thought you could breath. Another benefit, waking up with a little more energy since I'm sleeping better.

Wow, that sounds like a really full week Maggie. Good luck with the dance, I'm sure you will do just fine.
Let your conversation be gracious and attractive, so that you will have the right response for everyone.

That's good that you're getting that infection taken care of, Sonja.

    Good morning runners.
Off to bowl in the city tournament today. Team event today. Singles and doubles yesterday, I didn't do too bad, averaged 180.
Overcast here, but I see the sun trying to peek out.
    Have a good one.

Hello Runners. Trying to get my act together to make some liqueurs. It is now or never. I'm feeling lazy and the cats are encouraging that by jumping on my lap whenever I sit down. I did download my photos yesterday. Now I just need to post some of them.

Okay - here are a few photos. Starting with Hanna and Ken.

After that is a view from our Bungalow looking out on the water and then a view of all the bungalows on Princess Cays. from the water.
