Teri...we're not ON your cruise, but we did the Baltics in August 2005!!! You're going to have SUCH a great time!!!

I'm jealous Teri! I'm sure you'll have tons of fun! I'll be in Europe too this summer, but I'm doing Brilliance to the Med and not til July!

Teri, sorry, not me either. Is it just you and Allyman going?

So far it looks that way. How ever, there is a rather large roll call on the other boards, so at least I am meeting some people...

I was hoping to get some of them over here, but I think they're comfy where they're at.

I am trying to sell the idea to others here though! So, I understand there are cabins still available!

Hey Teri,

So nice to see a familiar face!

I just joined this community and I have to admit, it is friendly. The boards also seem to work better and have a lot of really neat features.

We can probably discretely spread the word to those on the other lists via email to our individual contacts.

Meanwhile, I am just glad to be here.

Thanks for the Frubals Terry! You are at the top of my list for payback!

I just love this forum. The people are so much friendlier, there is no yelling and screaming and nasty remarks (at least not serious ones) and there is so much laughter!

It always puzzled me why, if cruising was so much fun, the conversations that we had on the DS couldn't be fun as well:icon_smil

Other than the Owls thread, there wasn't a lot of laughter, at least not that I found.

I'll be checking back in on our roll call thread, but that will be about it. I'm so looking forward to and so unready for this cruise. I've got to get busy.

Likewise! AllieMan (DH) and I have yet to figure out the packing thing. Good news? British Air will allow us 2 checked bags at 70 lbs each max. Bad News? We're traveling Southwest Airlines to Phoenix first and they allow 2 checked bags each but only at 50 lbs max. Hmmmm....how to work this?

I know, I know - the answer is pack lighter, but I think I'm genetically incapable of this. I come from a long line of serious over-packers....
