We are now officially confirmed on this cruise and I am very excited!!! I hope some of you will join us.

This cruise is 5 days at sea. Then the casino closes and we start island hopping. There will be 2 days on the Big Island (one stop in Kona and the next day in Hilo), 2 days on Maui, and then 2 days in Honolulu. The first day is Thanksgiving, so national historic sites will be closed, but that will give us time to pack.

I like the idea of getting to spend extra time on each of the islands, even though we will miss Kauai. Instead, we may take a ferry from Maui to see Lanai, which is more like what Hawaii used to be. But we have plenty of time to plan, discuss and decide.
