    Clothes for Cruise

    Hi Dianne,

I look forward to meeting you. When I first started cruising I would bring far too many clothes. Now I will just bring one "formal" night dress and wear it twice. Also bringing a few pairs of good black slacks so I can dress them up as needed for dinner and also minimized the number of pairs of shoes I will bring. However, when
the final moment comes, I am sure I will pack more than I need.
Packing for a one week cruise is easy, packing for a trip of 16 days is more of a challenge.:

We are really looking forward to the cruise. We now have tours set up for Rome, the riviera, Barcelona and working on Florence with David and Judy. Considering the Celebrity excursion for Naples/Capri/Pompeii. :

Hi Winnie - Thank you for the advice on the clothes. I just hope that I can stick to a reasonable plan so that we're not loaded down with luggage!!! Can't wait!!! The date will be here before we all know it.

Hi Girls,I havent posted because we have had a devastating experience.Joanna my friend who is going on this cruise with us has suffered an awful loss. Her daughter was due to deliver a baby boy on the 16th.On the 14th he was born dead from the cord around his neck.I was with them when all this took place and I cant tell how sad this is.This was a loved and much wanted baby.

Jane, I am so sorry to hear about Joanna's and her daughter's loss. My heart goes out to you and everyone. I'm at a loss for words to help everyone find some kind of comfort in the midst of this tragedy. Take care and know that we are all thinking of you and Joanna.'s family
