I have made note of some of deals that come out from Celerity from time to time. As I start looking for 2013 I plan on giving them some special attention. It have been a while since we have cruised on them but am ready to go back.

Oceania is luxury? I would lump Viking and Avalon in the luxury department. I know, they are currently only river cruises but Viking is gaining an ocean ship.
Now, where do we put American Cruise Line?
My sister and BIL would probably say Princess is premium. They said after their Eastern Caribbean Grand Princess honeymoon - when it was the world's largest ship - their favorite things were its food and service, which were amazing. They took other Princess ships to Alaska and the Panama Canal two years later. With one five-year old son, they decided he needed to sail on Disney first. They agree with Pete their food is not as good as Princess food, but they loved the entertainment.
Of course, I want to sail on several cruise lines, but I only booked a Carnival cruise because of the itinerary and proximity to home. (Port Canaveral is less than two hours from Gainesville.) Starting with my West Coast cruise on the Sapphire next year, I will never sail on anything of lesser quality than Princess.
