    Lobster Medley -- HELP!

It's my understanding the Lobster Medley has replaced the traditional Lobster Dinner.

Has anyone had this? What in addition to lobster is in this medley?

I saw a photo on a thread some time back and they had a lobster medley. It was an assortment of seafood. A small lobster tail, shrimp and scallops. I'm not sure what cruise line however. Just give me the tail and I'm perfectly happy!!

We had it on our Century cruise earlier this year. It consisted of a very small half lobster tail (about two bites worth), a shrimp, and some scallops. No drawn butter - there is a sauce over it (wasn't crazy about the sauce) and it is served with a risotto.
    Found it very disappointing.

    Thanks Debbie & Karen!

Karen ... good note on the sauce ... maybe, just order it WITHOUT the sauce. Wonder if they'd do that?

I can't remember if it was cooked in the sauce or the sauce was just ladled over it. Anyway - I wasn't pleased as I do not eat scallops and don't eat a lot of shrimp. I would have had to order at least 4 or more plates to get a full meal of lobster.

Had this on the Solstice. Tell them you want it plain & put a few extra tails on & they will bring you butter sauce if you ask. It was actually good.

Celebrity is usually very good at your special requests. Sometimes you will get a dud of a waiter who won't go that extra step for you, but not often!

On the Celebrity cruises we taken the waiters went over and a above make us happy!

Hopefully, this is still true! So many things have changed as far as service goes on all cruise lines ....
