The last statement is easy enough to explain. Your credits are still separate between the cruise lines. You're credited with the higher of the two "levels" you may have achieved between them when you're cruising the other line.

As for Celebrity, I have no idea of your cruising history, but how did you arrive at 9 credits? Longer cruises, suites and CC cabins all increase the credit/cruise. If you took 9 cruises with Celebrity, you could easily have more than 9 credits depending upon how long you cruised (+1 for 12+ nights) or the cabin you picked (+1 for CC and above).

I'm very familar with how both of the programs operate, including the reciprocity.
I have a total of 9 credits which include my extra credits for CC/Suite and longer cruises.
I have 6 cruises, 2 extra credits for CC cabins and 1 extra for my 14 night cruise.

My question was why they showed 16 credits when I should only have 9.

Reggie, call the Captains Club. Bob and I had a difference in our numbers and they straightened it out for us.

I'm curious about the discepancy but not concerned. If they do initiate a new level such as Elite Plus, I will contact CC and ask about that. Right now I am showing as Elite and that's as high as they go right now.
