Phil, forgot about those 25 hour days. Yes, they were great, we got to the US and we were so rested!

Far cry from our flight the other direction where we had jet lag for three days.

    having 25 hour days
    Phil (and Neal),

I am looking forward to those longer "days". I will be able to stay up a little later and still get a good nights rest.

Same with Kathy, but even more so, since her recent illness.

Unfortunately I have to give all those extra hour days back and suffer the jet lag when I get home

Yes, but then you are not in an exciting, novel, fascinating, amazing place where you can waste several days sleeping and catching up.

Hey Neal, it gets quite exciting, novel, fascinating, amazing here at times. Well, if you close your eyes and stick your fingers in your ears

To get back on track (Sorry, Guys!).

My alltime favourite: Like Gkm, definitely the Constellation, British Isles and Norwegian Fjords.
Reason: Above all, the magnificent fjords, probably best seen from a ship. Bonus, we got to visit a little of Ireland and Scotland, two countries that although were not on my "to do" list, we thoroughly enjoyed.

Alltime surprise: Like Lulu, the 14 day Zenith out of Jacksonville. When I booked it (because it was a "deal"). DH said, you want to go on that old tub? Well, we met the nicest people and had a wonderful time.

Most worthwhile experience: On the Infinity Panama Canal cruise, we had the most fabulous bridge director/instructor. After that, DH returned to playing duplicate, which he hadn't done in years.

I guess each cruise has something special about it!

We just booked the Millennium Wine Cruise for Sept., 2010, so I'm hoping that will become my favorite.

Hands down, our first transit of the Canal on Infinity some years back, San Diego to FLL.

Have to say, though, the T/A two years ago where we tacked on a quick run from FLL to Miami (thanks AGAIN, Bob) for a 5 night on Century to see the new refit was a really fun experience, too. Nothing like getting back from a cruise and jumping right onto another ship the same day. Beats the heck out of flying home!
