I think that I would have to say the upper level. We had an upper level near the rail and that was really the best. Our second choice would be upper level near the little cove.

Probably our best spot for dinner for our family was on the Infinity. We were upperleve in the corner near the entrance and the window. That was the best place with kids because we didn't have too far to get to the table and too far for the kids to travel to get to the bathroom.

Close to the door is good with kids especially when the waiters are walking around with trays. The kids don't seem to be as aware of their surroundings as adults are, and are more likely to run into others.
