Yes they do! I just went to the Celebrity web site and did a search for Labadee and it came up with several results. I followed one and found several shore excursions for Labadee including the
Dragon's Breath zip line. Didn't go so far as to see which itineraries/ships included Labadee, but some do.

Char .... THANKS! Had wondered about Celebrity going to Labadee ....
We noticed a big difference in some things in CoCoCay as a port stop on RCCL vs Celebrity.... Wondered if the same might be true in Labadee ....

We're going to Labadee on he 27 January 2008 cruise on the Milllennium.
If you have any questions, I'll try to find the answers.
That will work out GREAT! I'm going to be there in January 2008 on a RCCL ship (Mariner) and you'll be on a Celebrity ship (Milli) so we can compare and see if there were any differences in the services offered!

Sounds good. We'll see if there are any differences. When will you be there?

We can compare notes when you return!

Cold towels offered by Celebrity as you wait to tender back to the ship would be one difference.
That's very good to know!
Only wish Celebrity had done the same when we were waiting for our tender in CoCoCay! (They did have the cold towels when we boarded the ship from the tender....)

We just returned from Millennium TA and we did stop at Labadee. I have to say, it was a great stop. We opted not to do any tours, but found a nice, quite, and shady spot near the waterpark at Columbus beach. The kids played here all day long.
This place is beautiful! There is a little tram that will take you anywhere on Labadee that you wish to go. There is no cost for the tram, but the drivers work for tips.
We weren't close to where the food was being served, but it is a quick walk there. Or, there is plenty of beach space near the BBQ, too. We were the only ship tendered there that day, so we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves.
We did walk to Dragon Rock, where the zipline ends. You must go here. Climb to the top, just like Samatha Brown did, and hear the Dragon's breath. My 12 year old couldn't get enough of this place, and I thought it was pretty fascinating as well.
For those who like to snorkel, Barefoot Beach is where you want to go. Our friends snorkeled here and they said while the fish were a bit scarce, it was still nice.
If you like the waves, try the beaches to the north (?) side of the place. Huge, crashing waves. This is where the zipline crosses over.
One of the best things about Labadee is that you don't need $$$ on shore. Everything can be put on your seapass card. By the way, lunch is free.
Oh, sorry, you do need $$$ if you plan to shop at any of the little kiosks of the locals. There are all sorts of wooden crafts. We only bought a fridge magnet, but others in our group found things they liked.
They did have cold towels waiting for us before boarding the tender!
