Which tour operator in Grand Cayman?

I've noticed that a lot of cruisers, especially in Grand Cayman, like to use private tour operators to go out and swim with the stingrays.

What tour operator have you used? Did you like them? Why or why not? Would you reccommend them to others?

We went on Captain Bryan's Buccaneer and had a marvelous time! We like to go on a sail boat (catamaran) and the times were perfect. We bought the DVD of the tour and it was great!

I've heard great things about each of your top 3. I've heard that the excursion done by the cruise lines are way overcrowded.

We were supposed to use Capt Marvin last year, but we didn't get to go to Cayman because of Ivan. Hence my not voting.

We've been only on two -- Capt.Marvin's and the Cockatoo Catamaran (offer by the cruise line).

Capt. Marvin's was not awful; but, we enjoyed the Cockatoo much more.
The Cockatoo was a very roomy catamaran so we never felt crowded in the least. Also, we had an excellent anchor location and a fantastic crew!

Note: Not all excursions offered by the ship are created equally! We saw one (a multi level boat) that was packed.

No desire to swim with the stingrays again (twice was enough ) ... BUT if we did, we would give the Buccaneer a try. Never have heard any except good things about it!
