Sting Ray City is a snorkeling site about 3 miles off the coast - so you'll need an excursion to take you there by boat.

And yes, the public transportation can take you to Hell and to the Tutle Farm.

Where would you pick up a bus or whatever form of public transportation to hell and the turtles. I know that a boat is needed for Stingray City, does the transportation take you to a place where you can get a boat tour to see the stingrays?

The public transportation stop is right by the library, about a 2-3 block walk from the pier where you disembark the tenders. Just ask anybody and they'll tell you.

As for Sting Ray City, almost all of the vendors providing an excursion out there will provide free transportation from the tender pier to their boat and back. They'll usually work with you if you want to be picked up or dropped off someplace else. You'll want to get your excursion because they all leave from different boat docks, so you don't want to just take public transportation to the other side of the island without prior arrangements.

.... or you could just take an excursion offered by the ship and not have to worry about anything.

I think we may just do the Cayman in a nutshell tour, it is 5 hours long Vs. the ships 4 hours. It is also just a little cheaper plus it includes lunch and a visit to the 7 mile beach.
    Thanks for all the info.
