Aqua Boats and Snorkeling in Grand Caymen

We had both already been to the Stingrays so we tried the Aquaboat/Snorkeling excursion. We did book it through the ship Rhapsody of the Seas. It was a great time. I had more fun than just about any excursion I've done. They give each pair of people a little two man boat, similar to a Zodiac boat. You get to drive YOUR OWN BOAT! Then you follow them to a couple of snorkel spots. The sunken ship wreck and I can't remember the name of the second place but it was good too, with lots of fish. The most fun for me was racing around in the boat. We were all around the Rhapsody and the other ship moored there. It was great fun. Here's some photos of the guys who run it getting us set up to go.

Thanks, Chud, for posting this report! The aqua boats is something I've been dying to do! It has to be the most FUN!

How hard is it to get in and out of the boat at the snorkel stops? Do any just stay in their boat and not snorkel?

It's a riot Lulu! It's easy to get out, you just pop over the side and slide in. Getting back in is a little tougher. I'm old and I managed it but the ones that couldn't, the guys just pulled them in. It worked well

Hey Brooke! Instead of this post, can you start a new thread with it and put it in the Cancun forum? We are moving them all into their own place so people can find them
